You can also press and hold + D to open the Font dialog box. Select the arrow next to Font color, and then choose a color. Select Default and then select Yes to. By default, Excel for Mac uses Body Font in font size 12 (which is displayed as the Calibri font in font size 12 when you type data in a worksheet, header or footer, or text box). The easiest way to change the font in your presentation is to change the font scheme of the theme. Or, if you want to substitute one font for another, you can replace the font.
Change the font
After you choose a presentation theme on the Design Mac insert microsoft word. tab, you can change the font for your presentation in Slide Master view.
On the View tab, click Slide Master.
On the Slide Master tab, click Fonts, and then click the font that you want for the theme.
You can change the fonts for your presentation at any time in Slide Master view.
